Edited the saving process for profiles (each profile gets its own data file
and its own plot file).
Now saving grid position in the profiles, too.
Edited interpolation method to adjust for more datasets.
Completed curvature calculation (but method of the paper didn't work out).
Output of curvature data works (mean curvature probably more suitable for us).
