[CHANGE] the online help available using "F1" is now separated in an html file. Thus it can also be used on the website and edited in a simpler way. For "F1" it is read at runtime from the share/OpenWalnut directory. A new make target to copy it there has also been added.

[FIX] - permanent toolbar now also uses QActions. This creates a more consistent look. Additionally, set minimum Width and Height for the toolbar a little bit larger because some had problems with them (too small).

[REMOVE] - removed config dialog for several reasons. It used an deprecated API and nobody fixed it. It was quite unmaintainable regarding new options. We simply need something simple. Most of our config options are simply not useful for average users. By the way, advanced users might probably be able to use a text editor too as long as we do not have a dialog.

[CHANGE] - removed the following preferences: useToolBarBreak, toolBarPos and compatiblesToolBarPos. They are not needed anymore. Simply drag the toolbars using the mouse to the desired position. The GUI stores this settings for you. In addition, several dirty dummyButton stuff was unified and now works properly for horizontal AND vertical toolbars.

[ADD] - added preferences to walnut.cfg allowing the user to turn off the window state load/save feature and to specify some name prefix for the state which allows developer to have different window configurations for different builds.

[ADD] - texture sorter, ROI widget, prop widget and module tree are now DOCK windows. You can move them as YOU! want. The cool thing is: OpenWalnut stores position/state of all windows and restores it when started! So you can click your GUI as you like it.

[CHANGE] WColor is now typedefed to osg::Vec4. All memberfunctions not contained in Vec4 are outsourced as non member non friend functions in global namespace properly named and grouped via doxygen group "Color utils".

[CHANGE] - changed handling of compatibles QAction instances. This later-on allows deep removal and ensures proper removal of module-pointer instances.
