[FIX] - isnan and isinf renamed. Boost provides makros with these names on _some_ architectures which leads to a name conflict.

[CHANGE #9] we now can show html-ified WModuleMetaInfo. This includes everything supported in the META files.

* Can load times and magnitudes of dipoles
* EEGView can display ROI for dipole at times where the magnitude is non-zero and hide them at all other times.

[FIX] the width of an item has changed depending on current progres. this is now fixed. size stays constant

[ADD #152] added progress text instead of the busy-word. Data modules again show their filenames if no busy indication is active

[CHANGE] - the module context menu now allows adding an arbitrary module when right clicking on the empty module network editor space or the subject entry in the module tree

Not using time of dipole position yet.
