view of doxygen generated docu

in the new hg repo

 * removed exit button as most applications I know do not have it
 * Extended file name filter list for load dialog

closes #87

- signal now print the signal number
- also removes "unused parameter" warning

 * renamed getNbComponents function to "size" to conform with STL conventions
 * Added some error chacking with asserts

and adapted classes using math to the new structure

* made loops comply with CodingStandard
* made constructor explicit

Not yet sure whether the WValueOperators namespace is the right way to do the non-member function implementation
