[CHANGE] - (re)moved unnecessary code from NetworkPort, NetworkInputPort and NetworkOutputPort to better fit the inheritance

[ADD] - colormapper now able to show a colorbar with some labels. Its not yet the best solution, but works for now.

[CHANGE] - textureMapper module uses old colormapping. colormapper module uses new colormapping mechanism.

[FIX] fixed a segfault in superquadric glyphs that happened when a slice was selected which did not exist in the dataset
