[ADD] since i forgot a commit message last commit, this moves fiber rendering to an osg node and adds fake tubes

 * Merged the two Fiber dataset idioms: One fast for displaying fibers named now WDataSetFibers and one slow for clustering et. al. The latter is now called WDataSetFiberVector.
 * Merged also the two fiber loaders into one WReaderFiberVTK generating a WDataSetFibers
 * Merged the two Display modules: Basically the old WMFiberDisplay2 is now the WMFiberDisplay module. The other display module seems to be obsolete, but be aware the the new module has some issues with thread safety and responsiveness.

Note there has to be done the conversion from a WDataSetFibers to a WDataSetFiberVector. This is not commited yet, but will be soon.

[ADD] now make many supports core detection, and improved WMFiberDisplay module to be more threadsafe.

[ADD] some missed documentation of WBresenham_test.h

computers

 * switchted to the brand new now available module connection thing to get Datasets (so nasty while loop are gone for freedom :)
 * OSG group nodes should be destroyed in all Modules. BTW: the Clustering module want to use later the display module too

[ADD #196] Now correct clean up of the fiber Display module, as well as disable module button works and switching of local global coloring scheme.
