[FIX] added fix-cmake option to disable libEEP support. This is required on windows, since libEEP causes an compiler error in the system header "winnt.h"hg stgrep -ir biosig_en .

[CHANGE] by default, this release does not build the eigenSystem module by default. Latest GCC versions produce a "Parse error and segfault" in an eigen3 header. I have added an option to cmake to enable eigenSystem again.

[CHANGE] CMake now provides an option to enable the Boost program_options linker fix. Enabled by default as it also works on systems that do not suffer from this issues.

[CHANGE] renamed Qt5 di qtgui. More universal, especially since I now added Qt4 compilation again. Our Qt5 code is Qt4 compatible.

[CHANGE] - re-structured build system. this will later allow direct use of it for external module building.

[CHANGE] - openthreads, once again a big mess with the OSG stuff. On some systems, osg libs do not link the openthreads lib although they need it. We do not use it but need to link it ...

[ADD] - this little distribution specifix mini-hack allows liberation fonts to be used by symlinking them on the target system. This is currently quite distribution specific.
