[ADD] Added a unittest for WBinom and WPower.

[ADD] Added WPower (compiletime power computation).
[ADD] Add operators == and != for WTensor and WTensorSym.
[CHANGE] Change some pieces of documentation.

This can be checked with the trianglemesh randerer. I have a version that is
adapted to WTriangleMesh2 here. I will commit it if Mathias gives his ok, as
I do not want to interfere with his changes.

[CHANGE] Fixing feature regression in interpolate, now supporting a bool indicates the success again

[ADD] Added ability to remove a ROI for other classes then the Datasetbrowser, especially for a module. This is uses by the EEG View module to set and update a ROI when a new event position is marked.
