Added several new config settings to customize the gui

- added property for parameterization algorithm selection
- modules now use std::vector for connector management -> adding-order used for compatibility test

[CHANGE] - crashed modules can be deleted now

- WMData now uses the new properties

[CHANGE] extended list of properties ( color and position )

[CHANGE] - now percentage is limited to precision of 0 and the data modules now show the stripped filename again

[ADD] add an entry for modules in the datasetbrowser so their properties can be modified by the user

[CHANGE] add a pointer to WModule to dataset tree items, this way we can directly access the properties of a dataset in the datasetbrowser

 * linked the WNoSuchDataSetException .cpp-code into the dataHandler code
 * removed Whitespace in CMakeLists.txt
 * Exceptions now subclassed from std::logic_error instead of std::runtime_error, see the code for details

still have to change classname prefix from B to W

* Removed the LIST in CMakesLists.txt to use globbing, so not every new file must be inserted.
* Renamed icons.h and bCognize.h according to our CodingStandard
* Set the owner of every ToDo to wiebel :)
