[FIX] we have to list liblas-c explicitly, although this should be done by the liblas dev package ...

[FIX #381] auto-hide behavior of property groups can now be modiefied. Default is old behavior (hide if empty).

[CHANGE #381] needed to revert this. A lot of groups are now visible that should not. Wee need to consider a better solution.

[FIX #383] this might fix the issue. But unfortunately, it is more or less an Qt issue. If qt is not detecting the locale correctly, it will not display umlauts properly.
