[ADD] - shader animation callback now uses boost::posix time. According to boost doc, this is portable and works on windows too.

functionality to load multiple fiber files. Hopefully I did not forget

[ADD] - texture now gets registered and texture properties are provided. Note: this is not the best and final solution but enough to view arbitrary outputs on navslices for example.

[CHANGE] - removed texture registration from histogram module since textureMapper now does this job.

[CHANGE] - removed registering of textures at the datahandler. This should be done by a separate module in the future.

[ADD] - added basic vector operation module. The data iteration is quite ugly right now but is enough until we have our new amazing data handling.
