[ADD #249] added somehow but not completely correctly work version of module to store fibers in .am-format

the HxSpatial grid data from amiraMesh files

[ADD #83] added reader for other fiber formats (by Andre). We will integrate it into the new loader infrastructure as soon as it is there.

[ADD #93] added reader dor raw data. Can read only 8bit voxels of scalar data by now. However, this is enough for
http://www.volvs.org. More to come.

[CHANGE] - moved all the dependencies to external code in ext to modules/data. There, it belongs. I strictly ask you to not intruduce further external dependencies in our source-tree.

[ADD] - modules compile. Only two modules have their own CmakeLists (Template-Module: for documentation/example and DetTractClustering: cuda stuff). The others are handled automatically.

[CHANGE] removed all modules from the toolboxes. We bring them back in with proper eigen3 support one after the other.

.... writeMesh will follow

VRML files.

[CHANGE] - our build system now supports module toolboxes. All our current modules where sorted into one of the toolboxes. The file modules-user.toolbox is not versioned and can be used for user defined lists of modules.
