[ADD] a temporary implementation that allows to make screenshots of gl widgets by pressing F12 while having the widget selected

this will be replaced by sebastians super screen capturing stuff in the near future

[REMOVE] - removed LIC module. It was not complying our style/doc guidelines, it was slow, modified data illegally, and the worst: it contained source which is NOT opensource (numerical recipies). You can revive the module if you remove the fibernavigator/fantom code AND use eigen3 for those copyright-critical parts.

[CHANGE] - debian control file now uses the alternative depend stuff thingy to allow building with libgl1-mesa and libgl (virtual package)

[CHANGE] - make doc now builds fulldoc. Disabled building man pages (useless for almost everybody since most do not set their MAN path properly).

[ADD] - this little distribution specifix mini-hack allows liberation fonts to be used by symlinking them on the target system. This is currently quite distribution specific.

[CHANGE] - moved all the dependencies to external code in ext to modules/data. There, it belongs. I strictly ask you to not intruduce further external dependencies in our source-tree.

[CHANGE] - eigen3 is now dependency. We do not provide the eigen3 code anymore. This is needed to have the core clean from our externals. The biosig, nifit and eep externals will be moved to the data modules later. This way, the core does not depend on any ext/* stuff and enables us to provide a proper developer package for it.

[REMOVE] - removed biosigWin from ext. WTF! WTFFF! If someone will ever make OW visual studio compatible, fix biosig correctly and supply them a patch! Do not copy a whole external source tree again to fix some includes

[CHANGE] - correctly set several copyrights and licence info. Removed visualstudio specific headers. Not needed on VisualStudio 2010 anymore.
