[FIX #385] our cmake script now allows setting the environment variable "QTDIR" to point cmake to the right Qt directory, even if Qt5 is installed inside the system prefixes

[FIX #385] added Qt5 definitions and compile flags to openwalnut-qt5 executable. This should fix some compile issues with the pre-compiled QT5 versions.

[FIX #377] adding X11 lib for explicit linking. This fixes linker issues on some Linux distributions.

[FIX #230] When the same directory is used one time with SYSTEM flag in INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES within a CMakeLists.txt and another time without the flag it may result unflagged. Hence now also QT includes are flagged as system includes (of course which they really are) as well as OpenGL.

[CHANGE] - re-structured build system. this will later allow direct use of it for external module building.

[ADD] - network manager can now be en/disabled in ccmake. This is more comfortable. By default, it is off. I plan to permanently enable it for OW1.3

[CHANGE] - webkit now optional. If not found, a message box pops up and shows the link to the help which then is opened in the user's browser.

[CHANGE] - install now does not symlink each lib. This is not needed in an installation (only needed in dev package). Modified module loader to accept this

[ADD] - added automatic setup of additional shared files. This is another example why I sometimes hate cmake.

[CHANGE] - sorry for this but again, I had to move some doc files. This is now the final state and is the cleaneast way.

[CHANGE] - resource directories are now lowercase, OW shell-scripts are now named openwalnut instead of walnut since the program is called openwalnut.

[CHANGE] - some improvements to the version stuff. This could have been very easy if SET_SOURCE_FILES_PROPERIES would work properly in cmake. But it doesn't. So we need (again) an external, generated version header. But this time: it will work if mercurial is not installed.

[ADD] - install targets for the libs/binaries added. Also fixed some structure for documentation in target dir

[CHANGE] - cleaned up the mess with different viewers, engines and stuff for mac, for win for linux, for win with msvc ...

[ADD] - added certain convenience targets
