[FIX] as we are not yet able to use zlib with MSVC we disable using gz files here. This should prevent crashing.

[ADD] Centerline computation now available, but unfiyDirection is still needed to ensure same direction so the centerline will not shrink!

[CHANGE] moved WVector3Ds stream operators down to WValue in templatized manner used from WStringUtils. This is not finished, since the istream for example will be converted to string which might not be that what we want.
