[CHANGE] - removed the dummyButton crap. Set minimum width and height of the toolbars to reserve space even if they are empty

[CHANGE] - removed the following preferences: useToolBarBreak, toolBarPos and compatiblesToolBarPos. They are not needed anymore. Simply drag the toolbars using the mouse to the desired position. The GUI stores this settings for you. In addition, several dirty dummyButton stuff was unified and now works properly for horizontal AND vertical toolbars.

[ADD] - added preferences to walnut.cfg allowing the user to turn off the window state load/save feature and to specify some name prefix for the state which allows developer to have different window configurations for different builds.

[MERGE] - merged in networkEditor from skiunke branch. This includes the all-is-a-dock stuff and the save/load for window states. Removed Walnut.cfg options combineTreeAndRoiAndTextureSorter, dsbWidth, dsbInvisibleByDefault, dsbFloatingByDefault as they are not needed anymore. Simply click your GUI as you need it. The GUI gets restored automatically.

[ADD] - texture sorter, ROI widget, prop widget and module tree are now DOCK windows. You can move them as YOU! want. The cool thing is: OpenWalnut stores position/state of all windows and restores it when started! So you can click your GUI as you like it.

[ADD] - imageSpaceLIC is now able to use 3D noise textures. With these, the noise looks more coherent during transformation.

[MERGE] - merging in mstuber_SH branch. This makes the raytraced sh glyphs available. You need OpenCL for this. Activate it in your ccmake.
