[FIX #86] seg fault when loading more than one dataset, also added the basics of a navigation slice module

- Included module "common" for linking

 * By now the stylecheck will fail. This is because we need to exclude third party files like dataHandler/io/nifti/ from stylechecking

[FIX #61,#64] There was a bug inside the new CXXTEST_ADD_TESTS_FROM_LIST macro: local variables are not reset inside macros, use functions instead! Also the hpp files were added so their unit tests run through too

[ADD #61] Now the unit tests cmake integrations are generated automatically and a warning is thrown when a testsuite is not found. For this new behaviour a new macro has to be used, called: CXXTEST_ADD_TESTS_FROM_LIST. Basically you need only the source file list like DATAHANDLER_SRC and a library list where each test target will link to.

 * Exceptions now subclassed from std::logic_error instead of std::runtime_error, see the code for details
