if we need the datasetbrowser to exist for the permanent toolbar

[CLEAN] Now several c_str() conversions replaced with QString::fromStdString() since Qt itself should know best on how to convert those formats, also removed several casts and finally some zombie files, not used except in CMakeLists and by them self (corresponding .cpp), so now it should be a bit faster in compiling without those zombies...

makes the always applicable modules to show up from the beginning.

[CHANGE] refactored the roi manager , cleaned up and streamlined some stuff, hopefully fixed the bug, that some rois appear not to be active at first

(and similar  for coronal and sagittal). Corrected name of data set browser:
it really is the "Control Panel"

[CHANGE] refactored compatibles -> action mapping, added first submenus for tree items to manage connections

[ADD] - added preference allowing the user to combine the texture sorter, ROI tree and module tree in only ONE tab widget to save space

[CHANGE] - now the datahandler also uses read/Write tickets to manage its subjects. Also adopted the tests.

"tree" to organize the modules. If the user connects a new module to the one
that is selected in the tree than this new module will appear as the child
of the selected module.

This is not working if the modules are loaded via command line.
