[CHANGE] Disabled doxgen search engine, as this might be the reason for wrong display in redmine embedding

[CHANGE] - make doc now builds fulldoc. Disabled building man pages (useless for almost everybody since most do not set their MAN path properly).

[CHANGE] - moved all the dependencies to external code in ext to modules/data. There, it belongs. I strictly ask you to not intruduce further external dependencies in our source-tree.

[CHANGE] - export statements in classes are now correctly interpreted as macros by doxygen. They will not cause doc errors anymore.

[ADD] Enabled the javascript search per default to search inside the API. I considered berkley as too slow to be faster via PHP than our high performance 16 core machines. WHUT? You do not have 16 cores? Lamer.... :-P

- Changed default behavior ! :
  added modify_footer.patch (bnc#489947), which disable text
  in footer by default, you could enable this text with option
  HTML_FOOTER_DESCRIPTION = YES, this feature was added due to
  increasing efficiency of build buildservice

[ADD] - new make target \"fulldoc\" to build documentation including nice call/caller graphs, collaboration graphs and even nicer inheritance graphs
