[FIX #108] reduced some minimum sizes of several widgets. Maybe this fixes the maximize problem in unity.

[FIX] - fixed several small issues where lintian complained. Mainly spelling things and debian control file specific stuff

[CHANGE] - warning for mesa cards on startup. User can check the do-not-show-again-checkbox to avoid this message every startup

[ADD] - re-added nav-slice in the nav widgets. This uses a new projection mode TWO_D_UNIT with a No-Op manipulator. This causes the extra code in WMNavSlices to be minimal compared to the last implemenation we had.

[CHANGE] - show axial/coronal and sagittal props now reside in selection manager and are therefore available to others too

[ADD] - network manager can now be en/disabled in ccmake. This is more comfortable. By default, it is off. I plan to permanently enable it for OW1.3

[ADD] - added functionality to mark a module deprecated in a user-oriented way. This will notify the user about this. A dialog box is not the best option here but works for now.

[CHANGE] - webkit now optional. If not found, a message box pops up and shows the link to the help which then is opened in the user's browser.

[ADD] a temporary implementation that allows to make screenshots of gl widgets by pressing F12 while having the widget selected

this will be replaced by sebastians super screen capturing stuff in the near future

[CHANGE] - install now does not symlink each lib. This is not needed in an installation (only needed in dev package). Modified module loader to accept this
