[CHANGE] compatibles toolbar now also hidden by default. If you currently have it visible, it stays visible for you. New users will not see it but can enable it.

[CHANGE] standard toolbar not visible anymore by default. YOu can still enable them by rightclicking on the menu bar for example.

[FIX] now the add module action is not disabled when a module is selected. You can always add modules.

[CHANGE] lineAO algo now allows disabling the occluder-lihgt contribution. Also changed some constraints for the radius properties.

[ADD] added basic clip-plane functionality to point renderer. Now only works with shader code modification. Will be extended to use properties later.

[CHANGE] our dock widgets now use a custom title. This (later) allows to add custom actions and buttons to the titlebar.
