[FIX] changed the slider event from valueChanged to sliderMoved, this should fix die tripple update problem which caused the text edit to jump to different values from the ones entered

[CHANGE] - prepared property widgets to be more general -> allow them to be extended to the new information properties

also holds for the up and down buttons too. This means they also cause a changed
value only if the box looses focus or enter is pressed. However, at the
moment this seems to be not perfect but an improvement.
