[CHANGE] - navslices now use the selection manager again. GUI properly handles show properties of nav-slices

[FIX] - they were not really ported. Missing Includes, Wrong Includes. Fixed. Re-Added to module-base toolbox.

[FIX] WMData colormapping issue

[ADD] - added several other colormaps. Added DOC to them and added a more generic way for value-based clipping.

[REMOVE] - removed deprecated getPickPixelPosition. It returned a std::pair as point! If I see something like this again in your newly commited code, I will personally force you to program on windows with notepad as punishment.

[CHANGE] - removed all old WVector3D and WMatrix4x4. Only 3 compatibility functions needed until now. They will be removed next (since they are not implemented).

[STYLE] corrected indention
