30 second of having the new feature

[CHANGE] - now crashed modules will cause an info dialog to be called. This is a more convenient user feedback.

[ADD] EEG View module: Display of the 3D parts (elektrode positions, head surface and elektrode labels) can be turned on and off by properties.

[CHANGE] EEG View module: Moved drawing of the 3D nodes into separate functions and added member variables for them.

[ADD] Unittest for WLine, hint to its instability (numerical) and fixed issueith off-by-one counting in the resampling method.

I also adapted the code that still had old-style casts. Thus there should be
no such warnings at the moment.

[FIX] Added option in walnut.cfg to disable the multithreaded mode of the CompositiveViewer. This fixes the occasional hanging when opening a new view (e.g. a EEG View), at least on my machine.
Standard is still multithreaded though.
Effects only the CompositveViewer, the other parts still run multithreaded.
