[CHANGE] changed the directory structure of the gui folder, more work on the menu and dynamically adding of buttons

[ADD] put the push button in line with the other gui elements so they can directly access properties too

- Code now makes use of OSG's ref_ptr
- Code now properly cleans up memory during shutdown

added MOC file creation to the CMakeLists.txt for /gui/qt4 and did an example connect for a load function

still have to change classname prefix from B to W

* Removed the LIST in CMakesLists.txt to use globbing, so not every new file must be inserted.
* Renamed icons.h and bCognize.h according to our CodingStandard
* Set the owner of every ToDo to wiebel :)
