This reenables thes missing tests, and generally makes sense because thus
all code, even that code which is not used somewhere, is compiled (showing
us if it compiles).

[CHANGE #80] Now the traits for CxxTest should be placed according to... I guess we have to write down those principles where we put what!

[STYLE #183] Now brainlinter cannot detect label misindentation and we are free again to do indenting as our coding standard propose

[FIX] VC++ does not provide the file so we have put it in the current directory and have to include it respectively
