[ADD] - added filename property widget

[CHANGE] extended list of properties ( color and position )

[MERGE] but deleted changes of WMFiberDisplay2.h and WMFiberDisplay2.cpp. Look for them in next commit!

 * Merged the two Fiber dataset idioms: One fast for displaying fibers named now WDataSetFibers and one slow for clustering et. al. The latter is now called WDataSetFiberVector.
 * Merged also the two fiber loaders into one WReaderFiberVTK generating a WDataSetFibers
 * Merged the two Display modules: Basically the old WMFiberDisplay2 is now the WMFiberDisplay module. The other display module seems to be obsolete, but be aware the the new module has some issues with thread safety and responsiveness.

Note there has to be done the conversion from a WDataSetFibers to a WDataSetFiberVector. This is not commited yet, but will be soon.

- added icons for marching cubes and nifti writer

[CHANGE] - added a lot of convenience methods to add properties of different types. You'll gonne love it, for sure. It is just easy.

[CHANGE] - added nice addProperty methods, which are able to know the resulting property type by the type of the initial parameter

[CHANGE] - added new properties to navslices

[CHANGE] - module connections now get established AFTER every module is ready. This fixes some wait/miss problems.
[CHANGE] - restructured fiberDisplay2 to properly react on change notifications

[ADD] - new list of properties added which uses WPropertyVariable
