[FIX] - strangely, the third colormap disappears if exactly three items are loaded. This is now fixed.

[FIX #15] - fixes remove-crash. Never ever ever never ever use an osg derived object in conjunction with boost::shared_ptr

[DOC] elimintaed some doxygen warning coming from \cond. Strangely the corect usage is not in the doxygen docu.

[ADD] - re-added nav-slice in the nav widgets. This uses a new projection mode TWO_D_UNIT with a No-Op manipulator. This causes the extra code in WMNavSlices to be minimal compared to the last implemenation we had.

[CHANGE] - show axial/coronal and sagittal props now reside in selection manager and are therefore available to others too

[ADD] - network manager can now be en/disabled in ccmake. This is more comfortable. By default, it is off. I plan to permanently enable it for OW1.3

[ADD] - added libqtwebkit-dev fix for lucid (ubuntu) and squeeze (debian stable) --- this uses the neurodebian backport-dsc patch mechanism to disable libqtwebkit dependency
