[ADD] some missed documentation of WBresenham_test.h

 * Since its christmas this is not related to any ticket
 * renamed run script in walnut, and walnut into walnut-bin
 * fixed wlanut script to support also PATH variables without current path
 * moved some utils into the utils directory. Maybe we should merge this with common later?
 * some info messages for the config file reading

This reenables thes missing tests, and generally makes sense because thus
all code, even that code which is not used somewhere, is compiled (showing
us if it compiles).

[ADD #63] Since there is the need for class stubs I have created them as we discussed in our design policy.

[CHANGE] Now WDataSetTimeDependent is derived from WDataSet so the UML generator makes this visible..

still have to change classname prefix from B to W

* Removed the LIST in CMakesLists.txt to use globbing, so not every new file must be inserted.
* Renamed icons.h and bCognize.h according to our CodingStandard
* Set the owner of every ToDo to wiebel :)

Connected that class with widget that holds graphics displays
added gui superclass
changed CMakeLists Files accordingly
