additionally changed the computation of the mask to make the code more flexible

[ADD] JoinContourTree class. This is in the datahandler since we may use it in multiple modules and do not want to depende common/datastructures on datahandler. It is no seperate module either since then it had to be derived from WTransferrable then to give it to other modules too... maybe in future we will put those algos in dataHander/datastructures or something similar. Let me know if you know a better place for that
