[CHANGE] - changed dir structure. Kernel, Common, DH and GE are now core. Gui is separat as well as ext.

[CHANGE] - radically removed all Cmake crap and replaced it by one file. This now compiles EXt and the ow core.

[FIX] did not compile on windows because we can not import functions we have an implementation for ... it yielded the error  definition of dllimport function not allowed

[ADD] - added viewAlign function to orient normals towards the camera. Useful for back AND front face light.

[CHANGE] Now the operator/ will not use the RHSValueT for operator substitution via operator*( 1 / rhs), since it may fail, when RHSValueT is e.g. size_t

[CHANGE] - navslices now use the selection manager again. GUI properly handles show properties of nav-slices

[FIX] - they were not really ported. Missing Includes, Wrong Includes. Fixed. Re-Added to module-base toolbox.

[FIX] WMData colormapping issue

[ADD] - added several other colormaps. Added DOC to them and added a more generic way for value-based clipping.
