Testing kick-off. In order to use testing please install CxxTest locally to your host, see IntegrateCxxTestInCMakeProject for a minimal example.

* Removed the LIST in CMakesLists.txt to use globbing, so not every new file must be inserted.
* Renamed icons.h and bCognize.h according to our CodingStandard
* Set the owner of every ToDo to wiebel :)

Modified global CMakeLists.txt so no specific file globbing technique is used, instead, CMake comes with some globbing functionality

The CodingStandard xml for eclipse moved to the doc directory
