[FIX] - in contrast to opensuse, ubuntu and debian link openscenegraph libs against openthreads. This means that we should not link them again. This is now added as packaging option since there, it is important.

[FIX] - the version-string ow libqtwebkit is strange and even stranger on ubuntu. I reduced the reqirement so that ubuntu and debian work with this.

[FIX] - somehow fixed some unknown syntax error (occured after create command.) This mystically disappeared now.

[CHANGE] - owpack script now uses pbuilder/pdebuild to build amd64 and i386 packs in a clean build environment

[CHANGE] - I am the master of the universe. This commit enables our build system to use the system installed biosig,eigen3 and nifti libs/headers if found. If they are not found, our ext/ is used as fallback.

[CHANGE] - install now does not symlink each lib. This is not needed in an installation (only needed in dev package). Modified module loader to accept this

[ADD] - added option allowing fine-gained control over the stuff installed which is useful for packaging

[CHANGE] - debugging scripts are not placed in tools as they are now resource in an installation. They get copied to the build dir if not compiling release. Ther is (intentionally) NO install target for them.

[CHANGE] - openwalnut now has useful --version and --help output. Logger is started AFTER command line parsing. The help output is somewhat standard-conform now. Tools like help2man can create manpages out of this

[ADD] - added automatic setup of additional shared files. This is another example why I sometimes hate cmake.
