[FIX] Removed changes since the hgchurn issue was already fixed by Alex, and it doesn't even worked.

 * Grouped Sebastian and Eichelbaum to Sebastian_Eichelbaum (until we don't have any other Sebastian and Eichelbaum I think this will work)

"Sebastian Eichelbaum". The new commits by Sebastian are shown. This
distorts the statistics only marginally but beautifies the output.

This will be the case until we have correct support for detecting the
corrsponding subject for the loaded data.

boost::enable_shared_from_this to get the this pointer as boost::shared_ptr

as we are not interested in debugging third party code.

[FIX #86] seg fault when loading more than one dataset, also added the basics of a navigation slice module
