-RM-134-MR-When dragging a ROI, the mouse-wheel should be used for moving the box in depth

To move a ROI, we currently right-click on it and move the mouse. This allows moving the ROI in the currently visible plane. The mouse-wheel still zooms the scene which is not very useful while dragging a ROI. We should replace the mouse-wheel functionality with the possibility to move the ROI in depth.
