-RM-95-MR-[Bugtracker] Anonymous reporters should be able to set an e-mail address
Anonymous issue reporters should be able to specify an e-mail address so redmine can reach him/her if something has updated in the ticket.
- Check if possible
- If yes, do it
- If no, search for alternative, like a general hint messages or something similar in the "New Issue" page.
