-RM-38-MR-[Website] Upgrade Redmine to 1.2.x

There is a serious bug in the repository viewer: Sometimes files disappear and repository updates are not in sync, even though the repository itself works like a charm. The logs just say that the specific file is missing (404). As I got information from Redmine IRC, 1.1.x has only limited Mercurial support we should use 1.2.x. Before doing the upgrade we must Backup the installation, and we should use the chance to install this time Redmine via the Redmine-Way, meaning never ever use the broken Redmine packages from Debian, which even were not fixed a long time! We will either use direct repo (svn) or ruby gems.

Please check in advance if:

  • all plugins are supported?
  • Is there additional a plugin for platform dependency in issues?
