-RM-34-MR-NIfTI Reader should check in dim[4] and dim[5] for vector data (carried over)

Carried over from the old ticket list.

As far as I understand, the problem is that the nifti standard specifies the dim[ 4 ] header entry as the time dimension. However, several of our datasets ignore this and write data dimension (e.g. 3 for a 3-d vector) to dim[ 4 ].

The task of the ticket was to change the nifti reader to check both dim[ 4 ] and dim[ 5 ] for vector dimensions.

We should discuss the behavior of the readers in light of the data module/ data loading changes that we want to make after the new data handler is done.
