-RM-360-MR-Buildings detection - distinguishing between buildings and other objects like trees etc.

This feature request covers kinds of distinguishing buildings between other parts as trees and others that don't belong to houses.

This ticket is a part of the holistic desire to detect buildings from point cloud data.

Current progress: A prototype is implemented that puts points into a voxel grid. In the next step voxels are treated separately to launch the Principal Component Analysis (Issue #359 (closed)). Currently each displayed voxel holds the information how many points it has and how isotropic it is (smallest Eiigen Value divided by the biggest one). Results: To significantly remove trees you have to put the two thresholds so that also walls disappear. Due to the current Aereal Laser Scanning technologies Vertical surfaces are by far less point dense than the horizontal ones. Roofs aren't connected vy voxels to the ground. Many little holes appear in roofs.
